Pre-order bonus: the Sauna and the platform outfit
Where to find both, what the Sauna actually does, and the outfit each platform got.
Pre-ordering Graveyard Keeper 2 unlocked two extras: an exclusive Sauna building and an exclusive costume that depends on the platform you bought the game on. A save with the bonus greets you with a Bonus Content Unlocked message.

The Sauna is just over the bridge. A special costume is available for you in the Dresser in your House.
Steamed Up
Steam up in the Sauna and you get the Steamed Up buff. In the game's words: "You feel refreshed after your sauna: food gives +10% energy." The bonus is added to each dish's base value, so it matters most on big meals.

Outfits are worn from the Dresser with mirror in your house. Build it after unlocking Suit Up! (15 red), which also gives you the Keeper's Clothes.
