Energy and insanity: costs, sleep and every food and drink
Maximum energy is 100 minus insanity. Every food and drink with its energy and insanity values, and the rules for sleep.
Crafting, gathering, digging, studying and fighting all cost energy. Insanity is the second bar, and it lowers the first one: maximum energy is 100 minus insanity, so at 80 insanity (the cap) the bar holds 20 energy.

Lack of sleep reads: "You're tired. Until you go to bed, any work will waste more energy, and your insanity will increase more quickly". While the Keeper is tired, every action generates insanity.

- The game saves automatically after sleep.
