Kingdom Rush Genesis has 3 items: the Heartbox (+5 lives), the Gold Bag (+500 gold) and the Fat Boy (2,000 damage to every enemy). They are bought with gems in the Items room and used during a battle; each use spends one, and with none left the item's button in battle turns into a buy button.

Fat Boy
Every enemy on the battlefield, flying ones included, is hit. An enemy with less than 2,000 health is killed outright and spawns nothing on death; any other enemy takes 2,000 true damage. Price: 999 gems.
