Community Guidelines

Wikily is a community-driven gaming wiki platform covering ARK: Survival Ascended, Once Human, Palworld, Hytale and other games. Users can post comments, upload building templates, submit Discord server listings, contribute map markers, list trades, and edit wiki content. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed when posting user-generated content on Wikily, and supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

These Guidelines were last updated on Monday 27th of April, 2026, and are the current and valid version.

  1. WHO CAN POST
    • You must have a registered Wikily account to post user-generated content. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept our Terms of Service.
    • You are responsible for any content posted from your account. Sharing accounts or posting on behalf of another person is not permitted.
  1. WHAT YOU CAN POST
    • Game-related content: building templates, blueprints, map markers, taming and breeding tips, trading offers, guides, wiki edits, and comments that contribute to the community.
    • Constructive feedback, questions, and discussion related to the games we cover.
    • Links to your own community resources (Discord servers, YouTube videos, streams) when clearly relevant to the gaming community.
  1. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

    The following categories of content are strictly prohibited anywhere on Wikily and will be removed. Repeated or severe violations will result in account suspension or a permanent ban, and where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

    • Hate speech and discrimination. Content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred against a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
    • Harassment, threats, and bullying. Targeted insults, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, threats of violence, or coordinated attacks against any individual or group.
    • Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or sexualized content depicting, describing, or implicating minors. Such content is reported to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable) and the responsible account is permanently banned.
    • Adult sexual content and nudity. Pornographic content, explicit sexual descriptions, and nudity are not permitted on Wikily.
    • Graphic violence and shock content. Real-world gore, depictions of death, serious injury, or content intended to shock or disgust.
    • Self-harm and suicide. Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
    • Illegal content and activity. Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity, including the sale of regulated goods, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or terrorism.
    • Scams and fraud. Phishing, financial scams, fraudulent trading offers, fake giveaways, or any attempt to deceive other users.
    • Spam and manipulation. Repetitive posting, vote manipulation, automated submissions, off-topic promotion, and SEO spam.
    • Intellectual property infringement. Posting content you do not have the right to share, including stolen builds, copyrighted images, or other third-party material.
    • Malicious content. Malware, viruses, phishing links, or files designed to harm other users’ devices or accounts.
    • Personal information. Sharing the personal data (real name, address, phone, account credentials) of yourself or others without consent.
  1. HOW WE ENFORCE THESE GUIDELINES
    • Every submission to Wikily is automatically screened at the point of posting. Content that our automated systems classify as harmful is rejected before it becomes publicly visible.
    • Higher-risk content categories (Discord server listings, map contributions, wiki edits, and community guides) additionally require review and approval by a Wikily moderator before publication.
    • Content that is published may still be reviewed and removed at any time, either as a result of a user report, an audit, or at our sole discretion.

  1. REPORTING CONTENT
    • If you see content that you believe violates these Guidelines, use the Report option available on comments, building templates, Discord server listings, trading listings, and other user-generated content.
    • Reports go directly to our moderation team. We aim to triage every report within 24 hours and remove violating content within 48 hours. Severe cases (illegal content, threats, content involving minors) are actioned immediately.

  1. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
    • Removal of the violating content.
    • A warning issued to your account.
    • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account and the right to use Wikily.
    • Where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or other competent authorities, including disclosure of account information as required by law.
  1. APPEALS

    If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you can appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the action. Include the affected content or account, the date of the action, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Our moderation team will review the appeal and reply with a decision.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

    We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to our services, the categories of content we host, or applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
