Overview: The cheapest summon in the Cactus school and the one with the fastest cooldown. Mino plants a cactus mine that waits patiently until something steps on it. At 8 seconds per cast, you can have mines everywhere before most enemies close the gap. They're not big damage individually, but they are everywhere.
Strategy: Pre-seed corridors and entry points before combat. Mino also triggers the Cactus combo with any non-Cactus spell on detonation, so pairing it with a well-timed Fireball or Strikes at the mine location multiplies the damage. Mino + Strikes in particular sends lightning in all directions from the explosion point.
