Lasso, with its very fast attack speed, constantly heals you from kills and just by hitting stuff, keeping you healthy and shielded. While shielded, you deal more damage and freeze high-priority targets like Litches and Deadeyes, which is genuinely good for crowd control. Sky Lash allows you to have extra speed when fully charged and forward momentum when using the charged attack towards groups of enemies or to deal against ghost spawners (Bomber spawners specifically due to Lasso's already great reach). Banjo allows you to have stored-up healing power in emergency cases; paired with Lullabard and attack speed bonus from 3 sources, you'll be able to ramp up chord charges very quickly. You wouldn't be a dedicated healer without Blizzard and Ritual in your spell arsenal.
